Muddy Muddy Mud Spa

This one looks a bit naff. I don't like feet.
I’ve never been really interested in pamper weekends, and wouldn’t know what to do with spa gift certificates, but I’m sorely tempted to try something out one day. My skin feels vile and I’d love to be able to relax and chill out and let all the stress melt away. I feel so stupid saying that. I shouldn’t really have anything to stress about…
I mean, I’m a stay at home mum who works 20 hours a week at a rocker pub. Not exactly stressful. Well, being a mum can be – especially when you’re pulled to one side during pre-school pick up to sign an incident form because your daughter scratched a boys face until it bled… but that’s another blog post.
I’m writing this before my trip to Turkey (scheduling some posts to keep my blog active, like a good girl) and we’re currently planning some possible excursions once we get there. There’s so much to see and do in and around Olu Deniz; one being the mud baths that are nearby.
Having never stepped foot in a mud bath, I wouldn’t usually be tempted with such a trip – except I saw it on the last series of Coach Trip and it looks so fun. How can it not be a good day out? You get to be ridiculously mucky and dirty and your skin will benefit from it! Score!
Maybe it’ll get me into the swing of these pampered days and spa visits…
This was a sponsored post but I am going to Turkey and I am sorely tempted with the thought of covering myself from head to toe in mud.

Oh Dude you gotta do it! I was always like you and didn’t see the point, and although I’ve never had a mud bath, my O.H got me a pamper day when I was preggers and it’s just AWESOME! I try and get a massage every so often as it’s a bit of well deserved me time, so do it do it do it! Then blog about it so we can see how you got on! x
